Hello!!!

Hi People,

Healthy everyday cooking is basically a blog for the weight watchers and people who love exploring about food(Healthy Food).

Hence I will be posting some  healthy recipes that are usually not so healthy if cooked in the traditional way. We will add a twist to it and make it more healthier for all of you to try and explore.
And you too can share some of your recipes with me.
